IMPORTANT: Screws are not included. This product includes the two mechanism cover plates only. Please compare the original parts with the product before installation.
Designed specifically for the SHOEI GLAMSTER, these titanium mechanism cover plates replace the corresponding original cover components while adding a lightweight titanium construction and a choice of finishes.
GRADE 5 TITANIUM
Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), a high-strength titanium alloy known for its corrosion resistance and low weight. The titanium construction provides a lightweight alternative to conventional metal components.
PRECISION MANUFACTURING
The cover plates are formed using S-PARTS custom hot-forging tooling at approximately 650°C. Each forging die is used no more than 300 times to help maintain manufacturing consistency.
The fastening components are not included with this product. Please use the original screws or purchase compatible screws separately as required.
FINISH OPTIONS
Gold, Rainbow, Black and Blue use a PVD vacuum nitriding process, which forms a dense surface layer on the titanium and provides the characteristic finish.
Green, Purple and Indigo use an anodizing process, in which the color is created by the oxide layer formed on the titanium surface.
Candy is produced using an anodizing process. Due to the nature of the coloring process, the finish has a flowing and varied appearance, so the exact color distribution may vary from piece to piece.
A white line or marking around the threaded area may appear on some colored components. This is a normal result of the coloring process.

- Use a T25 Torx tool with the appropriate original or separately purchased screws.
