📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.

✈️ Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping:

  • Standard Ti-6Al-4V bolt components: 4–8 business days.
  • Special Items (e.g., threadlockers, adhesives): 10–15 business days due to international liquid/chemical transit regulations.

Express Shipping:

For selected destinations, we offer an optional faster shipping service.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 USD per order.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75 USD.
  • Express Shipping: Available for selected destinations at the rates listed above.
  • Important: The $75 free shipping offer applies to Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping remains subject to the applicable express shipping fee.
  • U.S. Express Shipping: Available for orders over $150 USD at $29.99 USD.

🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

S-PARTS is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
