Strong, Lightweight Titanium

The titanium stock comes from a civil aerospace industry metal supply chain in Xi'an, China. S-PARTS testing shows an average tensile strength above 1,050 MPa, compared with an industry standard of 895 MPa. S-PARTS rates its titanium fasteners as comparable to grade 10.9 steel parts at roughly half the weight.

Precision CNC Machined

Each bolt is machined on precision CNC equipment under micron-level tolerance control for clean, smooth-running threads.

Colors & Finishes

  • Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue: PVD nitride coating forms a dense, hard layer that improves surface hardness and impact resistance. The color goes deep into the surface and does not change naturally; only heavy abrasion will wear it away.
  • Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo: Anodizing forms an oxide layer that adds surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors come from light interference in the oxide layer, with no dyes used.

Please note: Candy has a flowing, random color pattern, so each bolt will look slightly different. Some bolts may show faint white lines on the threads. This is a normal result of the coloring process, and the bolts can be used with confidence.

S-PARTS is not affiliated with ROTOR. ROTOR is named only to indicate compatibility.
