Precision Forged & CNC Machined

Every S-PARTS titanium bolt head is precision forged using dedicated custom dies at 650°C.

To maintain consistent forming accuracy, each forging die is limited to fewer than 300 production cycles.

The fastener bodies are then precision machined in-house using military-grade multi-axis CNC equipment.

Through micron-level tolerance control, every thread is precisely formed for smooth installation and reliable clamping performance.

Premium Titanium Surface Finishes

Gold / Rainbow (Oil Slick) / Black / Blue

These finishes use PVD vacuum nitriding technology, creating a dense titanium nitride coating layer that improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and impact durability.

The colors are integrated into the surface layer rather than painted, maintaining a premium metallic appearance through normal riding conditions. 

Titanium / Green / Purple / Candy / Indigo

These finishes are created through titanium anodizing, which forms a controlled oxide layer on the titanium surface to improve corrosion resistance and surface durability.

No dyes or pigments are used.

During anodizing, the interaction between oxide layer thickness and light refraction creates unique interference colors, producing the distinctive natural brilliance of titanium.
