Precision Forged & CNC Machined

Every S-PARTS titanium bolt head is precision forged using custom-designed dies at 650°C.

To maintain consistent forming accuracy, each forging die is limited to fewer than 300 production cycles.

The fastener bodies are then machined in-house using military-grade multi-axis CNC equipment.

Through micron-level tolerance control, each thread is precisely manufactured for smooth engagement, accurate installation, and long-term reliability.

Premium Titanium Surface Finishes

These finishes are created using PVD vacuum nitriding technology, forming a dense titanium nitride surface layer that improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and impact durability.

The colors are integrated into the titanium surface rather than applied as paint, providing a premium metallic finish designed to withstand normal riding conditions.

These finishes are achieved through titanium anodizing, creating a controlled oxide layer that improves surface durability and corrosion resistance.

No dyes or pigments are used.
