Designed for SRAM GX UDH rear derailleurs, the S-PARTS Titanium Rear Derailleur Axle is precision CNC machined from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). With a 26mm length, 23mm head diameter, and a weight of approximately 13.3g per piece, it combines low weight with the strength and corrosion resistance of titanium.

Grade 5 Titanium Construction
Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) selected to meet S-PARTS material standards. Based on S-PARTS laboratory comparison testing, the material has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, compared with the stated reference level of 895 MPa.
Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS titanium hardware offers mechanical performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel hardware while weighing approximately half as much as steel, providing a high strength-to-weight ratio.
Precision CNC Machining
The fastener body is precision CNC machined using high-precision composite CNC equipment, with micron-level tolerance control to maintain accurate dimensions and precise thread engagement.
Advanced Surface Finishes
- PVD Vacuum Nitriding — Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue: Forms a dense metallic nitride layer on the surface to increase surface hardness and impact resistance while producing a durable, vibrant finish.
- Electrochemical Anodizing — Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo: Forms an oxide layer on the titanium surface, increasing surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The resulting colors are created through the interaction between oxide-layer thickness and light reflection, without using dyes.
Finish Notes
- Candy Multi-Color: Due to the coloring process, the finish has a naturally flowing and variable color pattern. Color distribution may vary from piece to piece.
- Thread Markings: Light white lines may appear on some threaded areas as a normal result of the coloring process. This is a normal characteristic of the finish and does not affect normal use.
