Lightweight titanium M5 flat point set screws (grub screws) with a hex socket drive, hot-forged and CNC-machined by S-PARTS, available in 10 colors.

Key Specifications

Strong and Lightweight

Made from Grade 5 titanium, sourced through a metal supply chain serving Xi'an's commercial aerospace industry and selected through ongoing laboratory testing to meet S-PARTS standards.

• Tensile strength: Averages over 1,050 MPa, well above the industry standard of 895 MPa.
• Strength-to-weight ratio: Overall performance comparable to 10.9-grade steel fasteners at about half the weight.

Precision Hot Forging and CNC Machining

The screws are hot-forged in custom S-PARTS dies. To maintain accuracy at 650°C, each forging die is used no more than 300 times. Final machining is done on military-grade precision CNC machines with micron-level tolerance control, so the threads engage smoothly.

Durable Color Finishes

PVD Nitride Coating

Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue and Bronze: A dense nitride layer forms on the surface, increasing hardness and impact resistance. The color is bonded into the surface layer and won't wear off under normal use, even in rain and mud. Heavy abrasion can still damage the coating.

Anodized Finish

Green, Purple, Candy and Indigo: Electrolytic oxidation forms an oxide layer that increases surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors come from light interference within the oxide film, with no dyes used.

• The Candy finish has a flowing, random color pattern, so each screw looks different.
• Some screw threads may show thin white lines. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect performance.
