The screw head is formed using a 650°C hot-forging process, helping create a dense and well-defined head structure before precision finishing. Each component is then fully CNC-machined for accurate dimensions and a refined surface finish.

S-PARTS also developed a dedicated stamping die for its logo. To maintain consistent logo definition and head quality, each die is used for no more than 300 impressions before replacement.

This attention to tooling and production control is what turns a small cleat fastener into a properly finished S-PARTS component.

Candy Finish: The Candy finish has natural color variation caused by the anodizing process. Color transitions, intensity, and distribution may vary between individual pieces. This flowing appearance is an inherent characteristic of the finish.

Thread Appearance: Some screws may show fine white lines or lighter areas on the threaded section. This is a normal result of the titanium coloring process and does not affect normal use.
