Crafted using advanced metal additive manufacturing, the S-PARTS Titanium Integrated Handlebar Computer Mount is purpose-built for Specialized Roval one-piece handlebars and available in both short and long versions.

Unlike traditional subtractive machining, our 3D additive manufacturing process builds the part layer by layer from premium Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) powder, using state-of-the-art BLT SLM metal laser sintering technology. This method allows for complex curves, ultra-thin sections, and precision hollow structures - optimizing material distribution while minimizing weight.

Through professional simulation-based mechanical analysis, every wall thickness is precisely tuned for specific stress points, delivering an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. The titanium powder is high-purity and strictly graded (15–53 μm), meeting both GB and ASTM standards. After post-annealing treatment, the mount achieves exceptional mechanical properties:

• Tensile Strength: 970–1030 MPa
• Yield Strength: 880–980 MPa
• Elongation: 15–20%
• Reduction of Area: 50–60%

These figures rival forged Ti-6Al-4V and, in some aspects, even surpass it.
