Grade 5 Titanium Construction
Manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and CNC-machined to a stated tolerance of ±0.02 mm for geometric consistency. Selected designs feature stepped diameters or structural reinforcement in key load-bearing areas.
Surface Finishes & Color Options
PVD Vacuum Nitriding Coating (Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue): Forms a dense surface layer designed to improve surface hardness and wear resistance, helping maintain appearance under normal use and riding conditions.
Electrochemical Anodizing (Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo): Creates titanium oxide layers of varying thickness that generate vivid, dye-free colors through light interference while enhancing corrosion resistance.
Candy Finish & Thread Line Characteristics: The Candy finish features flowing, irregular color patterns, so the visual appearance may vary from piece to piece. Fine white lines around threaded areas can occur as a normal result of the coloring process.
Tool Engagement
CNC-machined head surfaces and drive recesses are designed to provide secure tool engagement during installation, helping reduce tool slippage.
