Electrolytic Anodizing Options (Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo)
Electrolytic anodizing forms oxide film layers of varying thickness on the titanium surface. Color variation is generated through light interference across the oxide layer without using dyes, increasing both surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
*Finish Notes: The Candy finish features visual color fluidity with slight random variations between individual pieces due to the coloring process. Fine white lines may naturally appear around thread roots as a result of the coloring process and do not affect performance or product quality.
Material Properties & Manufacturing
The Grade 5 titanium material used by S-PARTS is sourced in cooperation with a civil aerospace-industry metal supply chain in Xi'an and verified against S-PARTS internal testing standards. In laboratory comparative testing, the selected material achieves an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, far exceeding the industry standard of ≥895 MPa.
- Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS states that its titanium fasteners offer mechanical performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel fasteners while weighing approximately half as much as their steel counterparts.
