High-Strength Grade 5 Titanium

S-PARTS works with a specialized metal material supply chain serving the civil aerospace industry in Xi'an. Through ongoing material comparison and testing, we carefully select titanium alloys that meet our internal standards for strength, consistency and machining performance.

The Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy used for S-PARTS fasteners has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, compared with the commonly referenced minimum requirement of 895 MPa for this grade of titanium alloy.

With its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, Grade 5 titanium provides a significant weight advantage over conventional steel while maintaining the mechanical properties required for high-performance fastening applications.

For suitable applications, titanium hardware can offer a combination of strength and weight efficiency comparable to high-strength steel fasteners while weighing substantially less.

Precision Manufacturing

Built with Attention to Every Detail

S-PARTS applies strict standards throughout material selection, forming and precision machining.

For selected components that require hot forming, dedicated tooling is used during controlled high-temperature processing at approximately 650°C. To help maintain forming consistency and dimensional accuracy, each applicable stamping tool is limited to a maximum of 300 production cycles.

The final machining process is completed using high-precision CNC equipment with close tolerance control.

From thread engagement to the fit of each component, every detail is carefully controlled to support accurate installation and consistent performance.

Durable Surface Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black and Blue

These finishes use a PVD vacuum coating process to create a dense protective surface layer that improves surface hardness and impact resistance.

Unlike conventional painted finishes, the color treatment is integrated with the component surface, helping maintain a durable appearance under normal riding conditions.

Green, Purple and Candy

These colors are created through an electrochemical anodizing process.

During anodizing, an oxide layer forms on the titanium surface. Different oxide film thicknesses interact with light to create different colors. No conventional dyes are used to produce these finishes.

Candy Color

The Candy finish features naturally flowing and unpredictable color transitions.

Because the appearance is created through the anodizing process, the color distribution is inherently random. Each component may have a different pattern and color balance, making every piece unique.

Important Notes

• Some colored bolts may show light-colored lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
• The Candy finish features natural color variation, and the appearance may differ from piece to piece.
• The following components must be installed with the original factory sealing rings where required:
  • Brake Lever Bleed Port Screws
  • M8 Caliper Body Assembly Bolts
  • M6 Brake Lever Body Fixing Bolts
  • Brake Caliper Bleed Screws
• Please confirm the correct installation position of each component before installation.
• Always follow Shimano's recommended installation procedures and torque specifications for the corresponding brake components.
• Professional installation is recommended.
