Crafted with advanced 3D metal additive manufacturing, the S-PARTS Titanium Computer Mount Kit is purpose-built for BIGROCK Gen 2 integrated handlebars. Designed for performance-focused riders, it offers exceptional strength, precision fit, and ultra-light weight, while supporting a wide range of cycling computers. 

Precision Engineering
Using professional simulation-based mechanical analysis, wall thickness is optimized for specific stress points, ensuring an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Unlike traditional subtractive machining, our SLM (Selective Laser Melting) process builds each mount layer by layer from high-purity Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) powder. This allows for complex curves, ultra-thin walls, and precision hollow structures to reduce weight without sacrificing durability.

Premium Material & Performance
Manufactured using a BLT SLM metal laser sintering system with titanium powder graded 15–53 μm, fully compliant with GB and ASTM standards. Post-annealing delivers mechanical properties comparable to forged Ti-6Al-4V, and in some aspects superior:

• Tensile strength: 970–1030 MPa
• Yield strength: 880–980 MPa
• Elongation: 15-20%
• Reduction of area: 50–60%
