Grade 5 Titanium Performance

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), internationally recognized as the alloy commonly referred to as TC4 in China. The selected material has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, above the stated 895 MPa industry benchmark, while the finished hardware weighs approximately half as much as comparable steel components.

Under comparable conditions, its mechanical performance is comparable to commonly used 10.9-grade steel hardware, delivering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for lightweight bicycle upgrades.

Precision Manufacturing

• Hot Forging: Custom bolt-head dies operate at approximately 650°C.
• Die Life: Each dedicated forging die is used for no more than 300 cycles to help maintain forming consistency.
• CNC Machining: Precision multi-axis CNC machining with micron-level dimensional control for accurate threads and fitment.

Titanium Color Finishes

Available finishes include Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black, Blue and Candy.

PVD-based finishes provide a durable surface layer with enhanced hardness and wear resistance. Anodized titanium colors are created through electrochemical oxidation and light interference rather than conventional paint or dye.

The Candy finish has naturally variable color distribution due to the anodizing process, so the final color may vary from piece to piece.

A white line or light-colored mark around the threaded area may occasionally appear as a normal result of the coloring process. This does not affect normal use.
