Precision-Forged and CNC-Machined

S-PARTS bolt heads are formed using dedicated hot-forging dies before precision finishing.

To maintain processing consistency during forming at approximately 650°C, each stamping die is limited to no more than 300 production cycles.

The threaded bodies and other fastening components are then precision-machined using high-precision multi-axis CNC equipment. Careful dimensional control helps ensure smooth thread engagement and consistent installation performance.

PVD Surface Finishes: Gold, Rainbow, Black & Blue

Gold, Rainbow, Black, and Blue versions use a PVD surface treatment to create a durable metallic finish on the titanium surface.

This treatment enhances surface durability and provides a rich, refined appearance designed to withstand normal riding conditions.

Electrochemically Colored Finishes: Green, Purple & Candy

Green, Purple, and Candy finishes are produced through an electrochemical oxidation process.

Rather than using conventional paint or dyes, this process creates an oxide layer on the titanium surface. Variations in the oxide layer interact with light to produce the distinctive colors associated with titanium.

The process also contributes to the natural corrosion resistance of the surface.

Candy Finish Variation

Due to the nature of the coloring process, the Candy finish features a naturally flowing and variable color appearance.

Color distribution may vary from one component to another, giving each set its own unique visual character.

Finish Notice

Some colored bolts may show light-colored lines or areas around the threaded section as a normal result of the coloring process.
