Strong Yet Lightweight
S-PARTS works with metal raw material suppliers in Xi'an's civil aerospace industry to source Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). Materials are carefully selected through rigorous, ongoing laboratory comparison testing to meet S-PARTS standards.
The material's average tensile strength exceeds 1,050 MPa, well above the industry minimum of 895 MPa. Under the same conditions, S-PARTS titanium fasteners deliver mechanical performance comparable to 10.9-grade steel at approximately half the weight, offering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
Precision Manufacturing
Screw heads are hot-forged in custom S-PARTS dies. To maintain precision at 650°C, each die is used no more than 300 times.
Fastener bodies are machined at S-PARTS' own factory on military-grade precision CNC machines, with micron-level tolerance control for precise thread engagement.
Durable Color Finishes
Vacuum Nitriding (Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue, Copper): S-PARTS' exclusive vacuum nitriding takes the color deep into the metal surface. Normal use won't change the color, and it holds up in rain and mud. Heavy scraping can still wear it.
Anodizing (Indigo, Candy, Green, Purple): Anodized finishes provide more eye-catching color options for riders seeking a distinctive look.
