The S-PARTS 3DAM system takes a different approach. The seatpost head, lower support, pressure blocks and titanium hardware are developed as a complete assembly, allowing the components to work together as one integrated system.
The main structure uses 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium, combining a lightweight shell design with continuous curved surfaces to balance weight reduction, structural support and stable load distribution across the saddle rail interface.
3D Printing Meets Precision CNC Machining
The 3DAM series combines titanium additive manufacturing with precision CNC machining.
After 3D printing, components undergo stress-relief heat treatment, support removal and surface finishing before final assembly.
The result combines the design freedom of titanium 3D printing with the precision of CNC-machined components.
