High tensile strength: Average tensile strength exceeds 1,050 MPa, compared with the industry standard of at least 895 MPa.
Half the weight of steel: S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel at roughly half the weight.
Hot-forged air caps: Forged at 650°C in custom forging dies, each used no more than 300 times to help maintain precision.
Precision CNC machining: Micron-level tolerances give smooth, accurate threads.
Colors & Finishes
PVD coating (Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue): A vacuum nitride coating increases surface hardness and impact resistance. The color is bonded into the surface and does not fade naturally, even in rain and mud.
Anodized (Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo): The oxide layer increases surface hardness and corrosion resistance. Colors come from light interference in the oxide film, with no dyes used.
Pattern finishes: Layered anodizing creates multicolor designs: Prism, Splatter Pop, Neon Splatter, Rabbit Camo, Digital Camo, Great Wave, Tiger Purple-Gold, Jaguar Green-Gold, Snowstorm and Topographic Glacier.
Titanium: Also available in titanium color.
Availability: The air cap comes in all colors and patterns above. The thru axle comes in Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black and Blue.

Candy finish: Colors flow across the surface and are random, so each piece looks slightly different.
White lines on threads: Some parts may show white lines in the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect performance.
