High-Strength Grade 5 Titanium

S-PARTS works with a specialized metal-material supply chain in Xi'an, China and conducts continuous laboratory comparison and testing of titanium alloy materials. The selected Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) used for S-PARTS fasteners achieves an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, well above the stated industry benchmark of 895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer overall mechanical properties comparable to 10.9-grade steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much as steel hardware. This provides a high strength-to-weight ratio for lightweight fastener applications.

Precision Hot Forging & CNC Machining

The bolt head is formed using S-PARTS custom tooling through a controlled 650°C hot-forging process. To maintain consistent forming precision, each dedicated stamping die is used for no more than 300 cycles.

The fastener body is precision-machined at the S-PARTS factory using multi-axis CNC equipment, with a micron-level dimensional control process for precise and consistent thread engagement.

Titanium Surface Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black & Blue

These finishes are produced using a PVD vacuum nitriding process, forming a dense nitrided surface layer that increases surface hardness and impact resistance. The finish provides rich, stable color and is designed to resist natural color change under normal exposure and use.

Green, Purple & Candy

These finishes are produced through titanium anodizing. The process creates an oxide layer of controlled thickness on the titanium surface. The resulting colors are produced through the interaction of light with the oxide layer rather than by adding conventional dyes, creating the characteristic vivid colors of anodized titanium.

Natural Titanium

A natural titanium finish that retains the original metallic appearance of the titanium alloy.
