S-PARTS M6 x 11.5 Grade 5 Titanium Caliper Banjo Bolt

Lightweight titanium replacement hardware for selected Shimano and SRAM hydraulic disc brake calipers. Designed as a caliper banjo bolt with a hollow oil passage and intended for use with the original factory sealing ring.

Important: Designed for use with the original factory sealing ring/O-ring. Make sure the original sealing ring is properly installed when fitting the bolt.

Grade 5 Titanium

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the material offers high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium fasteners have an average tensile strength of over 1050 MPa, exceeding the stated industry standard of 895 MPa. Under comparable conditions, their overall mechanical performance is comparable to 10.9-grade steel fasteners, while titanium weighs approximately half as much as steel.

Precision Machined

The banjo bolt is precision machined from Grade 5 Titanium for its compact dimensions and lightweight construction.

Surface Finishes

• Gold, Rainbow, Black & Blue: PVD vacuum nitride coating for increased surface hardness and resistance to wear and impact.
• Green, Purple, Candy & Indigo: Anodized titanium finishes that produce their colors through controlled oxide-layer formation and light interference, without dyes.
• Titanium: Natural titanium finish.
• Copper: Available as a color option.
