The bolt heads are formed using S-PARTS custom forging dies at approximately 650°C, with strict die usage control to maintain consistent forming accuracy.
The threaded bodies are CNC machined with micron-level tolerance control, ensuring smooth installation, accurate fitment, and reliable clamping force.
