Thread Finish Notice

Slight uncolored or bright lines around the threaded area can occur as a natural result of the coloring process. This is a normal cosmetic characteristic and does not affect thread strength, material properties, or normal installation.

Grade 5 Titanium

S-PARTS works with a dedicated civil aerospace metal raw-material supply chain in Xi'an, China, providing carefully selected titanium materials for our fastener production.

Through long-term laboratory testing and comparative verification, titanium material is qualified against rigorous S-PARTS performance benchmarks before being used in production.

Our selected Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) achieves an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, well above the commonly referenced industry benchmark of 895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer mechanical performance comparable to Class 10.9 high-strength steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much as steel.

This combination of high strength and low density provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for lightweight bicycle hardware.

Precision Forged & CNC Machined

The bolt head is hot-forged using custom S-PARTS tooling. To maintain forming accuracy during high-temperature production at approximately 650°C, each stamping die is limited to no more than 300 production cycles.

The fastener body is precision-machined using high-precision multi-axis CNC equipment. Micron-level tolerance control helps ensure accurate dimensions, clean threads, and consistent thread engagement.

The compact head profile is carefully formed and machined to maintain its distinctive small-head geometry while providing a clean, precise finish.

Laser-Engraved Logo

Each bolt features a precision laser-engraved S-PARTS logo on the top surface, adding a distinctive brand detail to the compact titanium head.

Advanced Surface Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black & Blue

These finishes use a PVD vacuum nitriding process to create a dense surface layer, improving surface hardness and resistance to impact and wear while producing rich, durable colors.

Green, Purple, Candy & Indigo

These finishes are produced through an anodic oxidation process, which forms a controlled oxide layer on the titanium surface.

The vibrant colors are created by light interference caused by variations in oxide-layer thickness, without conventional dyes. The process also contributes to the surface's corrosion resistance.
