Fitment
Designed for use as rear derailleur jockey wheel bolts on compatible SRAM and Shimano MTB and road derailleurs, including applications associated with SRAM, UT, DA, XT and XTR.
Important: Different derailleur models may use different thread sizes, lengths and head styles. Please check the original bolt's thread diameter, thread pitch, length and head type before ordering. Do not select a variant based on derailleur series alone.
This product is sold per piece and includes the S-PARTS titanium bolt only. Other derailleur or jockey wheel components are not included.
Grade 5 Titanium
S-PARTS bolts are manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) sourced through the Xi'an civil aerospace industry metal raw material supply chain.
Based on S-PARTS material testing, the tensile strength averages above 1050 MPa, providing mechanical performance comparable to Class 10.9 steel fasteners, while the titanium bolt weighs approximately half as much as a steel part under the same conditions.
The bolt bodies are precision-machined using S-PARTS CNC equipment with micron-level tolerance control for accurate and consistent threads.
Titanium Color Finishes
Gold, Rainbow, Black and Blue use a PVD vacuum nitriding process. A dense metal nitride layer is formed on the titanium surface to increase surface hardness and resistance to impact and wear. The finish penetrates into the surface layer and is resistant to natural color change under normal use; strong abrasion may affect the finish.
Green, Purple, Candy and Indigo use an electrolytic anodizing process. Different oxide-layer thicknesses create the characteristic titanium colors through the interaction of incident and reflected light. The process also increases surface hardness and corrosion resistance without using conventional dyes.
Candy: Due to the anodizing process, the color has a fluid and variable appearance, so the exact color pattern may vary from piece to piece.
Some bolts may show fine white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
Copper: Color available. The specific surface-finishing process is not stated here.
