Grade 5 Titanium Construction
S-PARTS works with a specialized metal-material supply chain in Xi'an and maintains long-term laboratory comparison and material testing to carefully select Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) that meets S-PARTS material standards.
The titanium material used for S-PARTS fasteners has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, above the commonly specified 895 MPa minimum for Grade 5 titanium.
With its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, Grade 5 titanium provides a lightweight alternative to conventional steel hardware while maintaining the high mechanical performance expected from quality metal fasteners.
Precision Forging & CNC Machining
The flange nut is manufactured using S-PARTS custom tooling and precision CNC machining.
The nut body is formed using custom forging dies under controlled high-temperature processing, while precision CNC machining is used for dimensional finishing and thread production.
S-PARTS maintains tight dimensional control throughout machining to produce clean, accurately formed threads and consistent component dimensions.
PVD & Anodized Finishes
Different colors are produced using different titanium finishing processes.
Gold, Black, and Blue finishes use a PVD vacuum coating process, creating a dense surface coating designed to improve surface hardness, wear resistance, and resistance to everyday impact while providing a rich metallic appearance.
Titanium and Candy Color finishes are produced through electrochemical anodizing. The process creates a controlled oxide layer on the titanium surface. Different oxide-layer thicknesses interact with light to produce the characteristic colors without the use of conventional dyes.

Candy Color Variation
Candy Color finishes have a naturally variable appearance due to the characteristics of the anodizing process.
Color tone, gradients, and visual patterns may vary from piece to piece, so the actual finish may not be exactly identical to the product photos. This natural variation is an inherent characteristic of the finishing process and is not considered a defect.
White Lines on Threads
Some pieces may show fine white lines or light-colored marks on the threaded area.
These marks can naturally occur during the coloring and finishing process and are a normal visual characteristic of titanium hardware. They do not affect normal use of the nut.
Application & Installation
