S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium Thru Axle Set for Pinarello

Designed for the Pinarello 24 model specification, this S-PARTS SL lightweight thru axle set includes two 12 mm diameter titanium thru axles in 122 mm and 164 mm lengths, plus two M12 H2 washers. The complete set weighs approximately 49.6 g.

Grade 5 Titanium Construction

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the thru axles provide a high strength-to-weight ratio while weighing approximately 55% as much as comparable steel hardware.

The material's average tensile strength exceeds that of grade 10.9 steel bolts.

Precision CNC Machining

The thru axles are manufactured using full CNC precision machining, with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm.

Each washer is also precision machined with careful attention to detail.

Candy Anodized Finish

The Candy finish is produced through an anodizing process that creates a flowing and irregular color effect. Due to the nature of the coloring process, the color distribution may vary from piece to piece.

Fine white lines may appear around some threaded areas. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.

Installation

A 6 mm hex key is required for installation and removal.

Follow the torque specification marked on the product when installing the thru axle.
