Working together with material suppliers serving Xi'an's aerospace industry, every production batch undergoes continuous laboratory verification to ensure consistent mechanical performance and material quality.

The titanium used in every S-PARTS fastener delivers an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, substantially higher than the commonly accepted industry minimum of 895 MPa for Grade 5 titanium.

Under equivalent working conditions, its overall mechanical performance is comparable to Class 10.9 steel fasteners, while weighing approximately 50% less, providing the exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that makes titanium the preferred material for premium bicycle components.

Precision Manufacturing Without Compromise

Exceptional materials deserve equally exceptional manufacturing.

Each bolt head is hot-forged using exclusive S-PARTS tooling at temperatures approaching 650°C before precision CNC machining.

To maintain consistent dimensional accuracy throughout the forging process, every custom forging die is intentionally retired after fewer than 300 production cycles. Although this significantly increases manufacturing cost, it ensures uniform head geometry and machining consistency from one production batch to the next.

Every threaded component is then finished on military-grade precision CNC machining centers under micron-level tolerance control, producing clean threads, precise tool engagement, and dependable fastening performance.

Premium Surface Finishes

These finishes receive an advanced PVD Vacuum Nitriding treatment that forms a dense metallic nitride layer on the titanium surface.

The process improves:

Unlike conventional coatings, the finish bonds directly with the titanium surface, helping preserve its appearance even after years of regular riding.

These colours are produced through Titanium Anodizing, creating oxide layers of precisely controlled thickness on the titanium surface.

Besides improving corrosion resistance and surface hardness, anodizing creates one of titanium's most distinctive characteristics.

No pigments or paint are applied.

Instead, the vibrant colours are created naturally as light interacts with the titanium oxide layer. Different oxide thicknesses refract and reflect light differently, producing brilliant metallic colours unique to titanium itself.

Every colour is born from light—not from dye.
