Grade 5 Titanium Construction

S-PARTS uses selected Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) with an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, compared with the stated industry benchmark of 895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS titanium fasteners offer overall mechanical performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel fasteners, while weighing approximately 55% as much as steel.

The pad retaining pin is manufactured using precision CNC machining, with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm.

Finish Options

PVD Vacuum Nitriding — Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue

These finishes use a PVD vacuum nitriding process to form a dense nitride layer on the titanium surface, increasing surface hardness and impact resistance. The finish provides vivid color and good resistance to normal wear and environmental exposure.

Electrolytic Anodizing — Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo

These finishes are produced through electrolytic anodizing, which forms an oxide layer on the titanium surface. The visible colors are created by the relationship between oxide-layer thickness and light interference, without the use of conventional dyes.

Titanium (Natural / Raw Finish)

The Titanium option retains the natural metallic appearance of Grade 5 Titanium without an additional colored coating.

Candy Color: Due to the coloring process, Candy finishes have a naturally flowing and random color pattern. Each piece may vary slightly in appearance.

White Lines on Threads: Some pieces may show white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal appearance caused by the coloring process and does not affect normal use.

Installation

Use a T20 Torx tool for installation.
