Strength Without the Weight

S-PARTS titanium is sourced through a civil aerospace-industry supply chain. The selected material has an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, compared with an industry minimum of 895 MPa.

S-PARTS titanium fasteners offer performance similar to Grade 10.9 steel while weighing roughly half as much.

Precision Forging & CNC Machining

The square nut is hot-forged at approximately 650°C using a custom S-PARTS forging die. Each die is used no more than 300 times to help maintain dimensional consistency during forging.

Precision CNC machining with micron-level tolerance control helps achieve accurate, consistent threads and dimensions.

Surface Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black and Blue use a PVD nitride coating. The dense nitride layer improves surface hardness and impact resistance, while the color resists natural color change. The finish is resistant to color change with exposure to rain and mud.

Green, Purple and Candy use titanium anodizing, which forms an oxide layer that increases surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors are produced by the interaction between oxide-layer thickness and light reflection rather than conventional dyes.

• Candy Color: Due to the coloring process, the Candy finish has a fluid and random color pattern, so each piece may have a unique appearance.
• Thread Appearance: Fine white lines may appear around the threads as a normal result of the coloring process. This does not affect normal use.
• Installation: Install according to the torque specification provided with the product accessories or instructions.
