Color Variation Notice

The Candy finish features naturally flowing and variable color transitions due to the characteristics of the coloring process. As a result, each piece may display a slightly different color pattern.

On some colored nuts, light-colored lines or uncolored areas may appear on the threaded section. These are normal characteristics of the surface coloring process and do not affect normal use.

During anodizing, electrical current passes through designated electrical contact points to complete the surface treatment. Areas where the component is held or electrically contacted may receive less or no anodized coloration, which can result in visible light-colored marks.

These marks are normal process characteristics and are not product defects.

The Grade 5 titanium alloy selected for S-PARTS fasteners delivers an average tensile strength of over 1050 MPa, exceeding the commonly referenced minimum requirement of 895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer an overall balance of mechanical performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much as comparable steel hardware.

Precision Forged and CNC-Machined

Each S-PARTS titanium nut begins with a precision hot-forging process using dedicated custom tooling.

To maintain consistent forming accuracy during high-temperature production at approximately 650°C, each stamping die is limited to no more than 300 production cycles.

The fastener body is then precision-machined using high-precision CNC equipment. Tight tolerance control throughout the manufacturing process helps ensure accurate dimensions, consistent threads, and reliable fitment.

These finishes are produced using a PVD vacuum coating process, forming a dense surface layer that helps improve surface hardness and impact resistance.

These colors are created through an electrochemical anodizing process.

A controlled oxide film is formed on the titanium surface. By precisely varying the thickness of this oxide layer, the interaction between incoming and reflected light changes.

As light passes through and reflects from the oxide film, different wavelengths interact and interfere with one another, producing the distinctive colors associated with anodized titanium.

No conventional dyes are used.

The color is created through the physical interaction between light and the precisely controlled oxide-film thickness, giving each finish its distinctive titanium appearance.
