Complete Headset Top Cap & Bolt Set

Designed for the Specialized ROVAL 3DAM Integrated Cockpit, this S-PARTS set includes both the Grade 5 Titanium headset top cap and dedicated M6 × 30 mm headset bolt.

The complete set weighs only 6.83 g, combining lightweight titanium construction with precision machining and distinctive multi-layer anodized finishes.

This is a complete replacement set rather than a top cap supplied without hardware.

Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V)

The headset top cap and dedicated bolt are made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), offering a high strength-to-weight ratio together with the lightweight characteristics expected from titanium components.

S-PARTS screens each production batch against its internal S-Class titanium quality standard before entering production.

The selected titanium material has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, compared with the industry reference value of ≥895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer mechanical performance comparable to 10.9-grade steel components, while weighing approximately half as much as steel.

Precision Forged & CNC Machined

The titanium components are formed using S-PARTS dedicated forging dies and controlled hot-forging processes.

Forging is carried out at approximately 650°C, with each dedicated forging die limited to no more than 300 production cycles to help maintain consistent forming accuracy.

The fastener components are then precision-machined using CNC equipment, with micron-level dimensional control applied throughout the machining process.

This combination of controlled forging and precision CNC machining helps achieve clean threads, consistent dimensions, and accurate component fit.

Multi-Layer Anodized Finish

The titanium top cap features a multi-layer anodized finish created through controlled electrochemical treatment.

By combining layered anodizing with custom graphic designs, S-PARTS creates vivid colors and distinctive patterns that give the cockpit a more personalized appearance.

The collection includes both color-based finishes and graphic patterns, ranging from the deep tones of Plasma and Prism to the distinctive designs of Rabbit Camo, Great Wave, Snowstorm, and Topographic Glacier.
