Grade 5 Titanium Crank Bolt & Cap Upgrade for SRM PM9 Power Meter Cranks

Designed specifically for SRM PM9 power meter crank systems, the S-PARTS titanium crank bolt and cap kit provides a lightweight, high-strength replacement solution for the original crank fastening components.

Manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), this kit delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, combining high mechanical performance with significant weight reduction compared with traditional steel hardware.

Every component is precision CNC-machined to ensure accurate thread engagement, consistent installation torque, and reliable performance under demanding cycling conditions.

Asymmetric Drive Side & Non-Drive Side Engineering Design

Unlike standard crank hardware with unnecessary material on both sides, S-PARTS optimized the structure according to the different mechanical requirements of the SRM PM9 system.

Drive Side (Right Side / Chainring Side)

The drive side is engineered with a reinforced structure to handle higher tightening loads and repeated service cycles.

According to SRM crank specifications, the drive-side crank cap requires a tightening torque of 40Nm.

A stronger, more conservative design ensures excellent durability and reliable clamping performance during high-power cycling.

Non-Drive Side (Left Side)

The non-drive side is optimized specifically for weight reduction.

Because the non-drive side requires only 5Nm tightening torque, S-PARTS removed unnecessary material through internal CNC hollowing and structural optimization around the inner ring and threaded area.

This design reduces weight while maintaining the required strength and functional reliability.
