Grade 5 Titanium: High Strength, Low Weight
S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium has an average tensile strength above 1,050 MPa, well beyond the 895 MPa industry reference. Under equivalent conditions, its overall mechanical performance matches Grade 10.9 steel fasteners at roughly half the weight, a strength-to-weight ratio that conventional metals can't match.
Aerospace-Grade Supply Chain
S-PARTS sources its titanium through a metal raw-material supply chain serving the civilian aerospace industry in Xi'an, China. Materials are selected through long-term laboratory comparison testing to meet S-PARTS' own S-Grade standard.
Precision CNC Machining
S-PARTS fasteners are machined in the brand's own factory on military-grade precision CNC equipment. Micron-level tolerance control delivers clean thread engagement and reliable performance.
Color & Finish Options
PVD Nitride Coating: Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue
A dense metal nitride film forms on the surface, increasing surface hardness and impact resistance. The color penetrates the surface layer, so it won't fade under normal wear and stands up to rain and mud.
Anodizing: Green, Purple, Candy
Electrolytic oxidation builds an oxide layer on the titanium that increases surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors come from light interference within the oxide layer, with no dyes used.
Titanium: Available as a color option alongside the finishes above.
Candy finish: Due to the coloring process, the Candy finish has a naturally flowing, semi-random color pattern, so no two pieces look exactly alike.
Thread appearance: Fine white lines may appear near the threads on colored bolts. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect use.
Before You Order
Choose your size based on the bolt diameter and length your setup requires, and confirm thread compatibility with your existing hardware.
