Note: The two items previously described as “Caliper Five-Link Bolts” are better presented as Caliper Banjo Bolts rather than using the literal “Five-Link” translation. “Five-Link” would suggest a mechanical five-link mechanism in English and is not an appropriate product term here.

Grade 5 Titanium | Strong & Lightweight

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), these components offer the combination of high strength and low weight expected from titanium hardware.

  • Individual bolt weight as low as 0.37 g
  • Approx. 56.1 g per complete set

Titanium is also naturally corrosion-resistant, making it well suited to hardware applications where long-term resistance to corrosion is desirable. Here, however, I recommend saying “corrosion-resistant” rather than “rust-proof”. “Rust” specifically refers to iron/steel oxidation, while “corrosion-resistant” is the more technically appropriate description for titanium.

Precision CNC Machining

Each component is CNC precision machined for accurate dimensions and clean, consistent threads.

For brake hardware, proper thread engagement matters. The bolts should thread into the corresponding components smoothly by hand before the final tightening procedure. Do not force a bolt into place if the threads do not engage correctly.

This section is deliberately written around precision and proper engagement, rather than making an unsupported claim that the bolts “prevent caliper stripping” or “protect expensive OEM components.” Those are plausible benefits, but your current product data doesn't prove that level of performance.

Multiple Titanium Finishes

Choose from Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black, Blue, Green, Purple, Candy, and Indigo finishes to match your bike and brake setup.

Candy Finish

Due to the coloring process, the Candy finish has a flowing and highly variable color pattern. The appearance of each piece may vary and is not intended to be perfectly uniform.

White Lines on Threads

Some bolts may show white lines or marks around the threaded area. This is a normal appearance resulting from the coloring process and does not mean the product is defective.

⚠️ Important Installation Note

The original factory sealing rings must be reused with the following components:

  • Bleed Port Screws
  • Caliper Body Bolts
  • Reservoir Cap Bolts

Do not omit the original sealing rings during installation.

For brake-system hardware, always follow the applicable installation procedure and use the specified torque for the corresponding component. If the original hardware differs from the product being ordered, verify the original component before installation.
