This series includes 11 application-specific variants covering the head tube, folding mechanism, frame line hardware, saddle, rear hook, front fork light bracket, bottle cage and decorative rack mounting holes.

Each component is precision-machined for accurate dimensions and clean thread engagement, combining the low density and corrosion resistance of titanium with S-PARTS precision manufacturing and a choice of distinctive finishes.

Variants 10 and 11 are decorative plug screws only. They are NOT load-bearing hardware and cannot be used to install a rear or front rack.

Please select the correct variant according to the intended application.

Before installation, verify the thread size, length, hardware configuration and installation position against your original components.

For safety-critical or load-bearing components, use the manufacturer's recommended installation procedure and torque specifications where applicable.

Ultra-Lightweight Titanium Upgrade

The DAHON P10 is already known for its lightweight folding-bike design. S-PARTS titanium hardware takes the weight-saving concept down to the smallest details.

Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy has a much lower density than steel, allowing titanium fasteners to deliver an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS titanium fasteners weigh approximately half as much as comparable steel hardware, helping reduce unnecessary hardware weight while maintaining high mechanical performance.

For a folding bike that is frequently folded, carried and transported, every gram saved from replaceable hardware can make the bike feel that little bit easier to handle.

High Strength-to-Weight Performance

S-PARTS carefully selects Ti-6Al-4V titanium material through long-term material comparison and testing, working with a metal-material supply chain associated with the civil aerospace industry in Xi'an.

According to S-PARTS testing, the selected titanium material achieves an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, above the stated industry reference level of 895 MPa.

S-PARTS also states that its selected titanium fasteners provide overall mechanical performance comparable to Grade 10.9 steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much under comparable conditions.

This combination of high strength, low density and corrosion resistance makes Grade 5 titanium an excellent material for lightweight bicycle hardware.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Titanium naturally provides excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

From rainy urban commutes to humid coastal environments, Ti-6Al-4V titanium hardware is far less prone to the surface-rust concerns associated with conventional steel fasteners.

It helps keep the small details of your P10 clean and refined even when the bike regularly encounters moisture and changing weather conditions.

Precision Forging & CNC Machining

Every S-PARTS fastener is produced with close attention to detail.

Bolt heads are formed using S-PARTS custom-designed forging dies. During the approximately 650°C hot-forming process, each stamping die is used for no more than 300 cycles to help maintain consistent forming accuracy.

Fastener bodies are precision-machined in-house using military-grade multi-axis CNC equipment, supported by a micron-level dimensional control process.

From the bolt head to the threads, every component is produced to deliver consistent geometry, clean thread engagement and a refined finish.

Premium Color Finishes

S-PARTS offers multiple titanium finishes to complement the distinctive design of the DAHON P10.

Gold, Rainbow, Black & Blue

These finishes use a PVD vacuum nitriding process, forming a dense surface layer designed to improve surface hardness and wear resistance while creating a rich metallic appearance.

Green, Purple, Candy & Indigo

These finishes are produced through electrochemical anodizing.

The color is created by controlling the thickness of the titanium oxide layer and the way it interacts with light. No conventional paint or dye is required.

The result is a distinctive metallic color that varies naturally with viewing angle and lighting.

The natural titanium finish keeps the appearance understated and technical, highlighting the material itself.
