Two kit configurations are available: a 17-piece SRAM XX XO AXS UDH kit and a 13-piece SRAM XX SL AXS UDH kit.

Grade 5 Titanium

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), S-PARTS titanium fasteners have an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, compared with the stated industry standard of over 895 MPa.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium fasteners offer mechanical performance comparable to 10.9-grade steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much as steel counterparts.

Precision CNC Manufacturing

S-PARTS fastener bodies are precision-machined using multi-axis CNC equipment with micron-level tolerance control, helping maintain accurate dimensions and consistent thread quality.

Titanium Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black and Blue finishes are produced using PVD vacuum nitriding, forming a dense nitride layer on the titanium surface. This process improves surface hardness and wear resistance, while helping the finish resist normal wear, weather and mud.

Green, Purple and Candy finishes are produced through titanium anodizing. The process forms an oxide layer on the surface, improving surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors are created through light interference rather than added dyes.

The Candy finish has a naturally fluid and variable appearance due to the coloring process, so the exact color pattern may vary from piece to piece.

Small white lines may appear around threaded areas on some colored bolts. This is a normal result of the finishing process and does not affect normal use.

Installation

Confirm the bolt dimensions and application before installation.

Tighten each bolt according to the specified torque for its corresponding application.
