S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium mounting bolts are designed as lightweight replacement hardware for SRAM AXS shifter controllers. Two variants are available for different generations of SRAM AXS controls. Please select the correct variant according to your original bolt size, Torx interface, and shifter generation.

Material & Performance

S-PARTS uses Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) selected according to its own material standards and sourced through a metal-material supply chain serving the Xi'an civilian aerospace industry.

Based on S-PARTS' long-term material comparison and laboratory testing, the selected titanium material has an average tensile strength above 1050 MPa, compared with the stated industry standard of 895 MPa or higher.

Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS titanium fastening hardware offers mechanical performance comparable to Class 10.9 steel fasteners, while weighing approximately half as much as steel hardware.

Precision CNC Manufacturing

The bolt bodies are precision CNC machined at the S-PARTS factory, with micron-level dimensional control for accurate dimensions and consistent thread quality.

PVD Vacuum Nitriding Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black, Blue and Copper finishes are produced using a PVD vacuum nitriding process. This forms a dense surface layer designed to increase surface hardness and resistance to impact and wear.

Electrolytic Anodized Finishes

Green, Purple, Candy and Indigo finishes are produced through electrolytic anodizing. The color is created by the oxide layer formed on the titanium surface and its interaction with light, without the use of conventional dyes.

Candy Finish

Due to the anodizing process, the Candy finish has a naturally flowing and variable color pattern. The exact color distribution may vary from piece to piece.

Fine white lines may appear around the threaded area of some screws. This is a normal result of the finishing process and does not affect normal use.

Natural Titanium Finish

Natural Titanium refers to the titanium's natural finish without an additional colored coating.

The two variants differ in length, thread specification and Torx interface. Please compare your original bolt with the specifications above before ordering.
