Lightweight Grade 5 Titanium

Made from high-quality Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), this bleed port plug offers a combination of low weight, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.

At just 0.66 g per piece, it provides a lightweight replacement while adding a refined titanium finish to the brake caliper.

S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium material has an average tensile strength exceeding 1,050 MPa, well above the stated 895 MPa industry standard. Titanium also offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it well suited to bicycle components exposed to moisture, road grime, and routine cleaning.

CNC Machined

The plug is CNC machined from Grade 5 Titanium for a precise shape and clean surface finish.

Its compact size, low weight, and range of titanium finishes make it a subtle detail upgrade for riders who pay close attention to their bike's components.

Color & Surface Finishes

Gold, Rainbow, Black, and Blue
Finished using PVD vacuum nitriding, which forms a dense nitride coating on the titanium surface to improve surface hardness and impact resistance while providing a vivid finish.

Green, Purple, Candy, and Indigo
Finished using an electrochemical anodizing process. The visible colors are created by differences in oxide-layer thickness and the resulting interaction between incident and reflected light, without conventional dyes.

Candy Finish
Due to the coloring process, Candy finishes have a flowing and highly variable color pattern. The color distribution is naturally random, so each piece may have a unique appearance.

White Lines on the Threads
Some pieces may show white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal appearance caused by the coloring process and does not affect normal use.

Installation Note

• This product is a bleed port plug only. It does not include the brake caliper or other brake components.
• Please verify your brake model and compare the original plug before ordering.
• If the original plug uses an O-ring or seal, reuse the original O-ring or seal unless a replacement is specifically included with your order.
• Use a 5 mm hex tool for installation and follow the brake manufacturer's specified torque. Do not overtighten.
