• S-PARTS Lightweight Thru-Axles: Designed specifically for S-PARTS lightweight thru-axle sets. The lever can be mounted and stored on the thru-axle for riding.
• S-PARTS 3D-Printed Thru-Axles: Not compatible.
• Other Brands: If the thru-axle uses a matching 6 mm hex interface, this lever can be used as a standalone 6 mm hex tool. However, it cannot be mounted or stored on the bicycle with other brands' thru-axles.

Bridge-Inspired Lightweight Design

Inspired by a rigid bridge-frame structural concept, the lever uses a slim support structure with extensive material relief.

The open-frame design removes unnecessary material while maintaining a rigid structure for thru-axle operation, resulting in a compact tool weighing only 14.49 g.

Secure Spring-Loaded Ball Detent

An internal spring-loaded steel ball and set screw provide positive positioning when the lever is inserted into the thru-axle interface.

A distinct click can be felt when the lever is fully seated, helping confirm proper engagement and reducing the chance of the lever coming loose during use.

Tapered 6 mm Hex Interface

The six contact faces of the hex interface feature a specially designed micro-taper.

As the lever is inserted deeper, the tapered surfaces create a progressively tighter fit with the matching hex interface. This helps reduce play during operation and limits unnecessary movement between the tool and thru-axle interface.

Precision CNC Machined

The lever is fully precision CNC machined from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V).

CNC machining allows the lightweight open-frame structure, internal positioning mechanism, and tapered hex interface to be produced with controlled dimensions and a consistent fit.

Grade 5 Titanium

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the lever combines high strength with low density for a lightweight tool design.

S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium material has an average tensile strength of more than 1050 MPa, compared with an industry reference value of 895 MPa or higher for Grade 5 titanium.

• Natural Titanium: Natural/raw titanium finish

Candy features a variable, flowing color appearance created through the anodizing process, so the exact color pattern may vary from piece to piece.

Important Notes

• This lever is designed specifically for S-PARTS lightweight thru-axle sets.
• It is not compatible with S-PARTS 3D-printed thru-axle sets.
• For other brands, the lever can only be used as a standalone 6 mm hex tool when the thru-axle has a matching interface. It cannot be mounted or stored on the bicycle.
• Direct contact between hard metal surfaces may cause minor cosmetic scratches during repeated insertion and removal. This is a normal result of metal-to-metal contact. If cosmetic marks are a concern, please consider this before purchase.
• Always install and tighten the thru-axle according to the torque specification marked on the product or the bicycle/thru-axle manufacturer's recommended torque specification.
