FENG SERIES COLLABORATION

The S-PARTS FENG Series was developed and tested in collaboration with Feng Kuanjie, a leading figure in Chinese mountain biking widely known as the "Mountain God" (山神).

From material selection and structural design to testing feedback and detail refinement, Feng Kuanjie was involved throughout the development process.

"S" GRADE 5 TITANIUM

Made from "S" Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), this pivot bolt combines high specific strength with the weight advantages of titanium.

For the same volume, S-PARTS specifies approximately 40% higher strength and 35% lower weight compared with the original aluminum hardware. The high specific strength of the titanium alloy helps address deformation concerns associated with original aluminum pivot hardware during prolonged, high-impact riding.

Compared with the original steel hardware, the bolt-end design is precision machined to improve fit and contact within the pivot assembly while maintaining strength.

CNC-MACHINED FOR PRECISE FITMENT

Each pivot bolt is precision CNC machined for a close fit with the corresponding frame mounting points.

The contact surface at the pivot bearing interface is carefully machined to provide close, even contact and more uniform load distribution, helping extend bearing service life.

FINISH OPTIONS

Available in 9 colors: Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black, Blue, Purple, Green, Candy, and Indigo.

The colored finishes use vacuum nitriding.

Candy Finish: Due to the coloring process, the finish has a flowing color effect with a naturally varied and random appearance. Each bolt may have a different color pattern.

White Lines Around the Threads: Some bolts may show white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.

INSTALLATION NOTICE

Install the pivot bolt according to the torque specification provided by Specialized or the original frame owner's manual. Do not exceed the specified torque.
