Feng Kuanjie is a highly accomplished Chinese mountain bike rider known as “Mountain God.”

For the FENG Series, S-PARTS invited Feng to participate throughout the development and testing process, from material selection and structural design to testing feedback and detail refinement.

Grade 5 Titanium. Strong Where It Matters.

Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the FENG Series delivers a high strength-to-weight ratio for demanding MTB applications.

At the same volume, the supplied product data shows approximately 40% higher strength and 35% lower weight compared with stock factory aluminum hardware.

The high strength of titanium also helps address deformation concerns associated with stock factory aluminum pivot hardware during prolonged, high-intensity riding and repeated impacts.

CNC Precision at the Pivot

Precision CNC machining gives the pivot hardware accurate dimensions and close-fitting contact at the corresponding frame interfaces.

Particular attention is given to the pivot bearing contact surfaces, helping achieve closer contact and more even load distribution.

Compared with stock factory hardware, the titanium construction reduces weight while maintaining strength, while precision-machined contact surfaces are designed to help maximize bearing service life.

Candy Finish

Due to the coloring process, the Candy finish has a naturally flowing appearance with relatively random color variation. Individual pieces may therefore differ in tone and pattern.

White Lines Around the Threads

Some screws may show white lines around the threaded areas. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
