FENG SERIES COLLABORATION
The S-PARTS FENG Series was developed in collaboration with Feng Kuanjie, a prominent Chinese mountain bike racer known as “Mountain God” (山神).
Feng Kuanjie participated throughout the development and testing process, from material selection and structural design to testing feedback and detail refinement.
GRADE 5 TITANIUM
Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the bolt combines high strength with low weight.
Compared with the original aluminum hardware, titanium hardware of the same volume is stated by S-PARTS to provide approximately 40% higher strength and 35% lower weight.
Compared with the original steel hardware, the titanium bolt maintains strength while reducing weight. Its precision-machined end is also designed for close contact with the pivot assembly.
CNC-MACHINED PIVOT INTERFACE
CNC machining provides precise dimensional control for a close fit with the frame pivot interface.
The bearing-contact surface is precision machined to improve contact and load distribution, helping to extend the service life of the pivot bearings.
9 ANODIZED FINISHES
Available in Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black, Blue, Purple, Green, Candy, and Indigo.
The Candy finish has a naturally flowing and variable color pattern due to the anodizing process, so color distribution may vary from piece to piece.
Some bolts may show thin white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
INSTALLATION
Install the bolt according to the torque specification provided for the original hardware or in the bicycle manufacturer's instructions. Do not exceed the specified torque.
