FENG Series — Developed with Feng Kuanjie

The S-PARTS FENG Series is a collaboration with Feng Kuanjie, one of China's accomplished mountain bike racers, widely known as “Mountain God” in the Chinese MTB community.

Feng Kuanjie was involved throughout the development and testing process, from material selection and structural design to testing feedback and detail refinement.

The result is a dedicated pivot hardware set shaped by real-world MTB riding experience.

Grade 5 Titanium Construction

Engineered from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the hardware combines high strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance.

Our Grade 5 Titanium material has an average tensile strength of over 1,050 MPa, exceeding the stated industry benchmark of 895 MPa. Under comparable conditions, its overall mechanical performance is comparable to 10.9-grade steel components, while its weight is approximately half that of steel.

Compared with original aluminum hardware of the same volume, the material provides approximately 40% higher strength and 35% lower weight.

CNC Precision Machining — ±0.02 mm Tolerance

Every component is precision machined by CNC, with machining tolerances controlled to within ±0.02 mm.

The contact surfaces around the pivot bearing area are precisely machined for close and even contact, helping distribute load more evenly through the pivot assembly.

Nine Distinct Finishes

Choose from Gold, Rainbow, Titanium, Black, Blue, Green, Purple, Candy, and Indigo.

Gold, Rainbow, Black, and Blue are finished using a PVD vacuum nitriding process, forming a dense metal nitride layer on the surface for increased surface hardness and impact resistance.

Green, Purple, Candy, and Indigo use an electrolytic anodizing process. The vivid colors are created by the interaction between the oxide layer and light, without conventional dyes.

Candy finish: Due to the nature of the coloring process, each piece has a flowing, randomly varied color pattern.

White lines on threads: Some bolts may show white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
