S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium Hardware for COLNAGO Y1RS
Designed for the COLNAGO Y1RS, this S-PARTS titanium hardware range covers key fastening points throughout the bike, including the handlebar, fork steerer expander, fairing, bottle cage, front derailleur, computer mount and thru axle system.
Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the range combines low weight with high strength while providing a coordinated titanium hardware upgrade across multiple mounting points.

The Splined Nut is compatible only with the S-PARTS Fork Steerer Expander Shaft.
Apply medium-strength threadlocker between the expander shaft and splined nut during assembly.
Material & Manufacturing
S-PARTS uses Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) selected to meet its proprietary S-level material standards.
S-PARTS works with a metal raw material supply chain serving Xi'an's civilian aerospace industry and maintains control over the production process throughout manufacturing.
Based on S-PARTS testing, the titanium alloy used in these components has an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa. Its strength performance is comparable to 10.9-grade steel components, while its weight is approximately half that of steel.
Designed for the Y1RS
The Y1RS uses different fastener designs and mounting interfaces throughout the bike. S-PARTS develops corresponding titanium hardware for individual mounting locations rather than applying a single universal bolt design.
Different bolt head styles and configurations, including countersunk and button-head designs as well as the specified A2 and A3 configurations, are selected according to the individual mounting location.
The contact surface is matched to the corresponding bolt head design to provide a consistent interface for torque application.
A More Cohesive Y1RS Look
The S-PARTS full-bike titanium hardware upgrade is designed around key fastening points throughout the Y1RS, covering multiple high-visibility areas of the bike.
Replacing selected original hardware with coordinated titanium components helps reduce the visual inconsistency of mixed factory hardware and creates a more cohesive overall appearance.
The result is a more unified visual finish that integrates the individual hardware components into the overall design of the Y1RS.

Color finishes are produced using vacuum coating and anodizing processes, depending on the finish.
The Candy finish has a naturally flowing color pattern. Due to the coloring process, the distribution of color is intentionally random, so individual pieces may vary slightly in appearance.
Some screws and bolts may show white lines around the threaded area. This is a normal result of the coloring process and does not affect normal use.
