Each S-PARTS titanium bolt is produced using dedicated custom forging molds and advanced CNC machining technology.

During the 650°C precision hot forging process, each forming mold is strictly controlled and used for no more than 300 cycles to maintain consistent dimensional accuracy.

After forging, every bolt body is finished using military-grade precision CNC machining equipment.

• Installation requires a 5mm hex Allen key.
• Select the correct bolt version according to your spacer height.
• Follow Cervélo recommended torque specifications during installation.
• Do not exceed the recommended torque value.
• Apply titanium assembly paste where appropriate to prevent titanium thread galling.
