Grade 5 titanium brake caliper pins, 56 mm overall length and about 7.0 g (4-piston) or 6.6 g (2-piston) each. Part of the S-PARTS DIAMOND Series, made for Brembo 4-piston and 2-piston calipers and available in nine colors.

Strong and Lightweight

S-PARTS selects its Grade 5 titanium alloy stock through long-term laboratory comparison testing, sourced through a metal supply chain serving Xi'an's civilian aerospace industry. Average tensile strength exceeds 1,050 MPa, well above the 895 MPa industry minimum. Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS titanium alloy fasteners deliver overall performance equivalent to Grade 10.9 steel parts at approximately half the weight.

Precision Hot Forging and CNC Machining

The pins are hot forged in custom S-PARTS dies at 650°C, and each die is used no more than 300 times to keep precision high. They are then precision-machined on military-grade CNC equipment, with micron-level tolerance control for an accurate thread fit.

Color Finishes

PVD vacuum nitride coating (Gold, Black, Blue, Copper): A dense nitride layer increases surface hardness and impact resistance. The color penetrates the surface layer and resists fading under normal use, and the finish is designed to withstand rain and mud.

Anodized (Green, Purple, Candy, Indigo): Anodizing forms an oxide layer of varying thickness on the titanium, improving surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The colors come from light interference in this layer. No dye is used.
