Designed specifically for the BIGROCK Gen 2 integrated cockpit, the S-PARTS 3DAM Titanium Headset Top Cap combines advanced metal additive manufacturing technology with unique titanium artwork.
Unlike traditional CNC machining, which removes material from a solid block, metal 3D printing builds the component layer by layer using titanium powder. This manufacturing method allows S-PARTS to create optimized lightweight structures, complex surface designs, and distinctive patterns that are difficult to achieve with conventional machining.
With a weight of only 8.7g per set, this titanium headset top cap delivers a perfect balance of lightweight performance, structural strength, and personalized bicycle aesthetics.
Note: This is a proprietary non-standard shaped headset top cap designed only for BIGROCK Gen 2 integrated cockpit systems. It is not compatible with standard round headset top cap designs.

The components are manufactured using high-purity Grade 5 titanium powder with particle size controlled at:

After heat treatment, the printed titanium material achieves excellent mechanical performance:

- Yield Strength: 880–980 MPa
- Elongation: 15–20%
- Reduction of Area: 50–60%
The performance is comparable to traditional forged TC4 titanium components while providing greater freedom for lightweight and artistic design.
