S-PARTS Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) fasteners deliver an average tensile strength of over 1,050 MPa.
Under comparable conditions, their overall mechanical performance is comparable to 10.9-grade steel fasteners, while their weight is approximately half that of steel fasteners.

Precision CNC Manufacturing
S-PARTS fastening components are manufactured using military-grade precision composite CNC machining equipment, supported by a micron-level tolerance control system.
This precision manufacturing process helps achieve accurate dimensions, consistent threads and clean thread engagement across the components.
S-PARTS Material Selection
S-PARTS works with a metal raw-material supply chain serving the civilian aerospace industry in Xi'an, China.
Through long-term laboratory comparison and testing, titanium alloy materials are selected according to S-PARTS material standards for strength, consistency and application requirements.
S-PARTS Forging & Tooling
S-PARTS also uses custom tooling and 650°C hot forging for applicable forged components. For its crank covers, each custom forging die is used no more than 300 times to help maintain processing consistency and dimensional accuracy.
This forging specification applies to the relevant forged components and does not mean that all 18 fastener variants in this product are hot-forged.

Finish Notes
Candy Finish:
The Candy finish has a naturally flowing and variable color appearance. Color distribution may vary from piece to piece due to the coloring process, so individual parts may have different color patterns.
