Lightweight, Simulation-Optimized Design
S-PARTS uses engineering simulation to fine-tune wall thickness across each component according to the loads it sees. Material is concentrated where the clamp carries load, and non-critical areas are kept thin to remove unnecessary weight.
Compared with the original cast aluminum parts, this design is significantly lighter while aiming for strength comparable to forged components. The thin-wall shell also follows the clean, minimalist, aero-inspired lines of modern carbon road bikes.
SLM Metal 3D Printing Process
The lower cradle and saddle rail clamps are printed on an industrial selective laser melting (SLM) metal 3D printer using high-purity Ti-6Al-4V titanium powder, built layer by layer at a 20 μm powder layer thickness.
After printing, each part goes through stress-relief annealing, manual support removal and grinding, thread tapping and surface finishing. The bolts, barrel nuts and washers are made from Grade 5 titanium and produced separately.
Titanium Colors & Graphic Finishes
Colors are created with multi-layer electrolytic anodizing on the titanium surface, an electrochemical process rather than paint, so there is no paint layer to peel. Gold is produced by vacuum nitriding. Selected graphic finishes add more ways to personalize your bike.

Installation & Torque
Correct saddle rail alignment is essential. Adjust the position of the saddle rail clamps along the saddle rails so the tightened bolt assembly sits at 80°–90° to the rails. Installing outside this range may damage the parts.

Tool note: The bolts accept either a T30 Torx wrench or an 8 mm socket wrench. When installing the complete kit or the Bolt Kit, use the T30 Torx wrench, as an 8 mm socket does not fit into the saddle clamp area.
