Installation Guide
Adjust the saddle clamps and the saddle rail position so that the tightened bolts sit at 80°–90° to the rails. Installing beyond this angle risks damage.
- Rear bolt: M5 flat-base dome-head bolt. Tighten to 6–7 Nm. Use with the original M5 half-round washer.
- Front bolt: T30 Torx drive. Tighten to 3–4 Nm. Use with a cylindrical nut.
- Saddle compatibility: Best paired with a saddle that has a center cutout. If your saddle has no cutout, contact us and we will swap the front bolt for an external hex bolt.
- Weight limit: 90 kg (198 lbs). Always use a torque wrench.
Lightweight by Design
S-PARTS uses mechanical simulation to calculate load distribution, then places material only where the forces are highest and removes it everywhere else. The result is a much lighter part than stock cast aluminum, with strength comparable to forged components.
Please note: The recesses at the front and rear of the clamp base are designed to balance weight and support strength. They do not affect how the curved underside sits against the carbon seatpost. Not recommended for buyers who are particular about cosmetic details; please review the photos before ordering.
Precision SLM Titanium 3D Printing
All printed parts are made on industrial SLM (selective laser melting) metal printers using high-purity Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) powder. A 20-micron powder layer gives a fine, smooth surface.
Each part goes through more than ten steps, including stress-relief annealing, hand grinding to remove supports, thread tapping and surface coating, so it fits the frame cleanly.
Colors & Patterns
Patterns are available only for the Complete Kit (1) and the Seat Clamp Base (2). Multi-layer electrolytic anodizing creates saturated, durable color on the titanium surface.
